How we work:
We will show up at your event before it starts, to set up and capture the details such as the venue and decorations. We'll also have a chat with a representative of your company for them to inform us the key moments of your event, that way we don't miss any important moments. We will capture over 500 images And 2 hours of footage through out the event. We will then choose the best from the set to edit and deliver to you in 7-12 working days.

Extras
1. Extra Time For Events will be charged at R1500 / Hour.
2. Extra event Pictures will be added to your selected package at R500 / 50 pictures.
3. Photo Booth: R2 250 / Day.
4. Secondary Photographer: R1050 / Hour.
5: Extra Camera Angle: R1000 base + R250/Hour
Terms and conditions
1. Location & Event Photography excludes a Call Out Fee Which Typically Ranges From R250 - R750 Depending on the location of your offices or the venue of the event.
2. An initial payment (non-refundable) of 70% the value of the project TO SECURE THE PROJECT. The rest is due 30 Days Before THE Shoot Day Unless Other arrangements are made.
3. Pictures Will be delivered within 7 working days from the shoot unless other arrangements are made (Express edits can be done and delivered in 3 working days for R950 more to the chosen package).
